Hi  everyone -well its been an even longer delay than last time -sorry!
We have been so busy. We decided to put our house up for sale, with the recession we didnt expect to sell it very quickly. We were very lucky and  sold it within the first week. So we had to quickly find somewhere else to live. The blue house above was our choice. This house has been up for sale for 18 months with no interest. We moved in last friday and they had an offer for the asking price the same day. So we now have to move again!! We are buying some land and are going to build our own house, this takes about 6 months so we have to find another rental  for that time. Martin is going to a get a  big building company to put up a house shell and then he hopes to finish the rest himself.

The kids are still enjoying life and are very busy. Jess is being social and is always round at her many friends houses. Sam and Joe are still loving the soccer, they have 3 matches left of the season and are still second in the league. Sam has had 3 man of the matches so far and his playing fantastic. Joe is not happy as he has only had one, we have told him he has to show the flashes of brilliance more often and stop wandering off to his happy place! The boys have also joined the icons which is the new boys brigade.  They go for 90 minutes once a week and come back red in the face and as high as kites!

I have been helping set up a community centre in the village, we have been getting grants and sponsers and its now open and trading. We have loads of local people making and selling things and there is lots of fresh baking arriving daily to serve with the tea and coffee. So thats all go too.
Martin is still chilling out at his printing job and enjoying his daily coffee.  He has been invited out fishing with one of Jess's friends dads. He is looking forward to this and we are hoping for some fresh fish for tea, Need to find someone to get it ready for cooking though as I cant quite stomach that!
It is just coming up to spring and its mostly lovely and warm again. We are still having some terrential rain though. We had loads of drunk looking sparrows over the last few weeks, they were wabbling around on the drive and grass. We were told it happens a lot at this time of year - they get concussed from the heavy rain and often cant get back flying again.
I will get some photos of the kids and get some more posted this week.
Sam and Joe are off to a big tournament tomorrow with school. They are competing in soccer and miniball, there is also hockey and netball.
I am hoping to get Jess back into swimming in the spring term. I wasnt keen on the outdoor swimming in the cold and wet.

I think thats all the news for now.
Keep in touch
Love The Millardsxxx
